Here is an easy way to get a couple of hundred 'leads' for you to follow if you choose.

After you join they will send you a list of 200 or so potential followers. Visit their profiles and join those that you like.

Also by now you should be following some people that you enjoy reading (that focus on your business). Visit their tweet home page - click on their followers - and start following people that again you would enjoy.
