Here's your assignment for the weekend.
Make a list of your five "best" customers.
Write a letter (NOT an email) to the first one on the list.
Just make it a thank-you letter. DO NOT try and sell them anything.

It can be short / sweet - two or three paragraphs or so. Just thank them for being your customer. Tell them you appreciate them (and why). Make sure to mail it on Monday.
